“I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.” – Romans 12:1
Once a year we ask our church family to participate in our “All In – Sacrificial Offering.” This offering is an opportunity for us as a church to glorify God by showing His value and worth through a sacrificial gift. The offering is used to pay down our debt and for capital building projects.
What is a sacrificial offering?
God has so richly blessed us that we often give out of our abundance, rather than from a sacrificial heart.
What does “All In” mean?
We chose the theme “All In” to emphasize that we must be “All In” on living for God’s glory. Our hope is for every person in our church family to participate in the sacrificial offering.
How much should I give?
We are asking everyone in our faith family to pray and seek God concerning what they should give. What is sacrificial for one person will be different from what is sacrificial for someone else. The key is that each of us
What will the offering be used for?
Our goal for this year is $48,000. The first $38,000 collected would be used for our 2020 debt payment. Currently, we owe $160,000 on our property. Our prayer is that by God’s grace we would be able to pay off our entire debt within the next 24 months. The remaining $10,000 would go towards improving our main foyer. The foyer is outdated and badly in need of a renovation to make it into a more welcoming and useful space for our church family and guests. Any money collected over $48,000 would be used to pay down the debt.
