How the Institute Works
The Institute offers core classes and elective classes. The Core Classes are "Systematic Theology", "New Testament Survey", "Old Testament Survey", "Hermeneutics", "Biblical Theology", and "Personal Evangelism and Discipleship." Elective classes cover various other bible and theology topics.
Each class will have an assigned textbook that goes along with the weekly lectures. Class homework would consist of reading a part of the book each week and being ready to discuss it in class. There are no quizzes or tests in The Institute.
Classes are lecture based and ten weeks in length. Classes will meet on Sunday Mornings at 9:30am and on Wednesday Nights starting in the fall. Every student will receive a notebook binder for class notes. All Institute classes are offered at no charge.
After completing the 6 Core Classes and 4 Elective Classes the student will receive a Certification of Bible and Theology. Class credits are based on completion and participation, there are no grades given for classes.
